How do I contact you?
What product types are available?
We specialize in roses. We also sell all types of flower arrangements and bouquets for every occasion.
Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?
At the moment, we do not offer codes, gift cards, or coupon codes. We will have them available in the future.
Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?
If you want to organize floral arrangements for a funeral, you can contact us or come to our local store so we can make it happen.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to most of Orlando City. Our delivery zone includes the following ZIP codes:
32807, 32792, 32817, 32826, 32828, 32825, 32829, 32831, 32822, 32812, 32806, 32803, 32814, 32789.
Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?
Yes, in-store pickup is available with online orders. You can pick any available hour and date to come to pick up your products in any of our local stores.
How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
At the moment we do not offer shipping.
Deliveries have certain rates depending on how far away you are from our local store. When paying, you'll get a notice on how much you need to pay for delivery.
What about substitutions?
Substitutions are only made under certain conditions. You can check our substitution conditions in our refund policy.
Can I pick a delivery time?
Of course! You can pick your delivery time and date in the checkout section of our website.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available all business days as long as you place your order before 2:00 pm.
Can I make a change to my order?
To make a change to your order, you'll have to get in contact with one of our florists either via phone or email. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
Yes, if there's nobody at home, the roses will be left on your doorstep. You can leave instructions about the delivery at the checkout.
Will you contact the recipient?
If necessary, we'll contact the recipient. That's why it is important to us that you leave a contact number when ordering.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as close to the image as possible. Please keep in mind that each design is unique. Because no two arrangements are identical, color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be required. Seasonal flower prices and availability may vary.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to check availability.
What if I lost or didn't print my order confirmation?
We will always send an e-mail message confirming your order. For your convenience, you can also view information on your flower order by visiting the section of our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders placed online, over the phone, or in person, we accept all major payment methods (American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa).
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary according to how far you want the order to be delivered. Our delivery rates start from $12.99.
